AtlasHire is an interview platform that runs structured technical and behavioral interviews and scores them on consistent, evidence-backed criteria. It exists so the outcome of an interview depends on how the candidate actually performed rather than on who happened to be in the room.
How does AtlasHire score a candidate?
Every session is scored on AI Judgment, Prompt & Tool Craft, and AI-Assisted Velocity — the same three axes for every candidate. Scores are backed by what actually happened in the session — the work produced and the decisions made — rather than an interviewer's overall impression.
What kinds of interview rounds does AtlasHire support?
Coding, take-home, system design, code review, and behavioral rounds, all in one workspace.
Does AtlasHire make hiring decisions?
No. AtlasHire is a decision-support tool. It produces structured evidence and scores; the hiring decision, and responsibility for lawful and fair use, stays with the hiring team. This is stated in the Terms of Service.
How does AtlasHire use AI, and what happens to my data?
