Accessibility Statement

Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 2026-06-01

AtlasHire is committed to making its Services usable by as many people as possible and works toward conformance with recognized accessibility standards. Hiring organizations remain responsible for providing reasonable accommodations to candidates in their hiring processes.

1. Our commitment

We strive to make the Services accessible and usable for people of all abilities and to align our ongoing development with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve over time. This statement describes our commitment; it does not create warranties or obligations beyond those in our Terms of Service.

2. What we work toward

  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus for interactive elements;
  • Sufficient color contrast and support for light and dark themes;
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
  • Compatibility with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies;
  • Captions or transcripts for interview audio through our transcription features.

3. Employer responsibility for accommodations

Hiring organizations are responsible for providing reasonable accommodations to candidates under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws, and for ensuring that any assessment, monitoring, or AI-evaluation feature is administered fairly and with appropriate accommodations. The Customer is responsible for offering alternatives where a candidate needs them and for complying with accommodation, accessibility, and anti-discrimination laws in its hiring process. AtlasHire provides tools but does not assume the Customer’s obligations.

4. Third-party and generated content

Some functionality relies on third-party services and on content created by users (for example, code, documents, and whiteboard content). We do not control the accessibility of third-party services or user-generated content and are not responsible for them.

5. Requesting accommodations or reporting an issue

If you are a candidate, please request accommodations from the organization that invited you, as it controls your hiring process. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in the Services themselves, or to request assistance, contact us at accessibility@atlashire.ai. Please include the page or feature, the barrier you experienced, and your assistive technology, if any. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility issues we can control.

6. Updates

We may update this statement as our accessibility work continues. The Effective date above reflects the current version.
