User Agreement

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services, you accept this User Agreement on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you are using the Services as part of an organization, your organization’s administrators control your access and may set additional rules.
2. Your responsibilities as a hiring user
AtlasHire is a tool that supports — but never replaces — human judgment. You agree that you, and not AtlasHire, are responsible for:
- all hiring, employment, and evaluation decisions, and for independently reviewing any AI output (scores, summaries, recommendations, transcripts, flags) before acting on it;
- obtaining every notice and consent required from candidates before recording, transcribing, monitoring, or running automated or AI evaluation on them, and for honoring opt-outs and accommodation requests;
- using the Services in a non-discriminatory, fair, and lawful manner, and for any required bias audits, disclosures, or candidate notices under applicable law;
- the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you upload, and for keeping confidential the candidate and interview data you access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone to:
- use the Services unlawfully, to discriminate unlawfully, or to make a final adverse decision about a person based solely on automated processing where prohibited;
- record, monitor, or biometrically process any individual without the legally required notice and consent;
- upload content that infringes others’ rights, is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to submit;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or to probe, scan, or circumvent security or access controls;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Services to build a competing product, or extract or reuse our models, prompts, or outputs except as permitted;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, introduce malware, or impose unreasonable load; or
- misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others.
4. Candidate-facing use
If you invite candidates to interviews or assessments, you are the party responsible to those candidates. You must present required disclosures, obtain consents, and provide accommodations. Candidate participation is governed by the consent you collect and by our Privacy Policy and Data & AI Use Policy. AtlasHire acts as your service provider in processing candidate data on your behalf.
5. Suspension for violations
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action at our discretion, with or without notice, to protect the Services, other users, candidates, or us, or to comply with law. You remain responsible for any liability arising from your use.
6. Relationship to the Terms
This User Agreement is part of and subject to our Terms of Service, including the disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions, which apply to your use under this Agreement.
